Force Shipments
To follow up from our C6 Town Hall, here is the timeline for force shipments of LTO products. After the initial force shipments, stores will begin ordering their own LTO product starting with orders placed Wednesday 7/30 for Monday 8/4 delivery.
LTO Products
Bone-In Wings – this will be a SPLIT shipment arriving Monday 7/28 – Sat 8/2, based on boneless wing volumes from last year. Every store will receive one delivery on Monday – Wednesday trucks, and a second delivery on Thursday – Saturday trucks. The order limit will be 8 cases.
Sweet Chili Sauce – 4 cases per store arriving Monday 7/29 – Wed 7/30. The order limit will be 2 cases.
Mac N Cheese – arriving Monday 7/28 – Wed 7/30, based on mac n cheese volumes from last year. The order limit will be 1 case for the first week, then lifted to 3 cases when we get a resupply at SFM.
Additionally, stores will get 1 case of bowls, and any store that counted less than 1000 lids at period-end will also get 1 case of lids. The order limit will be 1 case of each.
Cookies – arriving Monday 7/29 – Wed 7/30, based on cookie volumes from last year. The order limit will be 1 case for the first week, then lifted to 4 cases when we get a resupply at SFM.
Test Product
Sloppy Joe – Test product will be force shipped for the entire campaign starting Thursday 7/31, you should receive 3 cases of sloppy joe and 6 trays of buns to start from SFM, plus 1 jug of signature sauce sent separately via FedEx. Stay tuned for emails from Thomas Scott on additional quantities each week going forward.
