Social Media & Digital Content Policy

Purpose

We’re proud of the Jack’s brand, and how we show up online matters. This policy is here to help guide how current and former team members use social media in a way that supports our values, protects our brand, and keeps private information secure.

Who This Applies To

This policy covers all Jack’s team members-whether you’re full-time, part-time, temporary, a contractor, or even no longer with the company. It applies to on-duty and off-duty activity that could reflect on Jack’s, our team, or our operations.

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL CONTENT GUIDELINES

Keep It Positive

  • Treat others with kindness and respect in all online
  • Avoid posting anything that could be seen as discriminatory, harassing, or
  • If you see a negative post, let it be, and report to your General Manager or Human
  • If a guest reaches out to you online with a question or concern, kindly point them to our official customer service team.
  • Great examples of positive posting include: sharing Jack’s official content, celebrating team wins, or helping recruit awesome people to join.

Protect Privacy

  • Keep confidential info private-this includes business strategies, team communications, customer details, and our signature
  • Don’tpost photos or videos from non-public areas – like kitchens, back offices, or manager spaces – unless you’ve received the go-ahead from your Regional

Represent Jack’s with Pride

  • Onlyauthorized team members can post on behalf of official Jack’s social media 
  • Avoid using Jack’slogo or branding in personal posts in ways that suggest you speak for the company

Prohibited Conduct

  • The following actions may lead to disciplinary action, including termination:
  • Posting negative or false comments about the company, its employees, or
  • Recording or sharing videos/photos of customers or coworkers without
  • Sharing company financial information, upcoming promotions not yet announced, or proprietary

Legal Action for Violations

Jack’s Family Restaurant, LP reserves the right to take legal action against any individual, including current or former employees, who:

  • Publishes defamatory content about the
  • Shares confidential or proprietary
  • Uses the company’s intellectual property without

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any policy violations, report them immediately to your General Manager or Human Resources.

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and may be updated at management’s discretion.
