Biscuit Timer Programming (Baked Chicken Test)
BISCUIT TIMER
- 1 – Bake: 10 minutes
- 2 – Bake: 10 minutes
- 3 – Reheat (2nd bake feed 10 macaroni): 4 minutes
- 4 – Reheat (2nd bake feed 10 macaroni): 4 minutes
- 5 – Baked Chicken: 11 minutes
- 6 – Feed 10/15/25 Macaroni: 8 minutes
- 7 – Finish: 1 minute
- 8 – Green Beans: 20 minutes
ALIGNMENT
- Channels 1 and 2 are used when baking biscuits. Total cook time is 10 minutes.
- Channels 3 and 4 will be used when reheating biscuits and for the 2nd bake of feeds 10 macaroni & cheese. Total re-heating or cook time is 4 minutes.
- Channel 5 is used when baking chicken. Total cook time is 11 minutes. Oven Temp 375°F with fan set to LOW.
- Channel 6 is used when baking feeds 10/15/25 macaroni & cheese (first bake) and for the 2nd bake of feeds 15/25 macaroni & cheese.
- Channel 7 is used to finish cooking biscuits that have not reached the correct color after 10 minutes. Total finish time is 1 minute.
- Channel 8 is used when cooking green beans. Total cook time is 20 minutes.
PROGRAMMING BISCUIT TIMER – ROUNDUP
- 1. To program, press and hold the channel number you want to program for three seconds. The letters PGM will appear in the display area.
- 2. When a TIME STAGE NAME flashes, use the up and down arrows to choose STAGE ONE, then press ENTER.
- 3. Use the up and down buttons to set the desired time. To clear the time to 00:00:00, press and release the up and down arrows together.
- Set your desired time to 26 minutes and 0 seconds. Press ENTER after each entry.
- 4. Follow the same procedures to set CHANNEL 2-8. The timer will exit the program mode in 10 seconds if a button is not pressed.
- 5. Press, then release CHANNEL 1 to start the countdown.
- 6. All channels can be timing at the same time. The timer will display the time for the channel you last selected.
- 7. The timer will sound twice per second for two minutes until the channel button is pressed.
- 8. When one timing cycle is finished and the channel button is pressed, the display will show the next channel to finish.
- IMPORTANT: Do not block the Solar Cells located at the top and front of the timer or it will not function properly.
PROGRAMMING BISCUIT TIMERS – PRINCE CASTLE
- 1. To program, press and hold the PRINCE CASTLE LOGO for eight seconds until a beep sounds and the display reads SEL CH / LOGO = QUIT.
- 2. Select and press TIMER 1. The LED indicator will turn yellow and the display will read CKT=COOK TIME.
- 3. Using the SCAN/UP or SCAN/DOWN arrows, set the time at 6:00 minutes. Press the ENTER button to store.
- To change between Minutes/Seconds (M:S) and Hours/Minutes (H:M), press and hold the SCAN/UP button.
- 4. When the display switches to CKC=MAN CANCEL, select manual (MAN) or automatic (AUT) alarm cancel using the arrows. Press ENTER.
- IMPORTANT: Always select manual cancel so the beeping requires a manual stop.
- 5. When the display changes to CKL=REMOVE, use arrows to scroll to SIDE 2 and press ENTER.
- 6. To set the DUTY time, press CHANNEL BUTTON 1 once. The display will read D1T=DUTY 1 TIME.
- 7. Using the arrows, set the duty time at 3:00 minutes and press ENTER.
- 8. Press CHANNEL BUTTON 1 again and use arrows to select MAN Cancel, then press ENTER.
- 9. Press CHANNEL BUTTON 1 again and use arrows to select “TURN” from the function names, then press ENTER.
- 10. Continue pressing CHANNEL BUTTON 1 to set duty 2-time, duty 3-time, hold time, and hold alarm time, pressing ENTER after each.
- 11. Complete these steps for CHANNEL BUTTONS 2-8.
- 12. Press the PRINCE CASTLE LOGO to exit programming mode.
VOLUME ADJUSTMENT
- In RUN MODE, press and hold the PRINCE CASTLE LOGO.
- Within six seconds, press the SCAN UP Arrow for a louder alarm or the SCAN DOWN Arrow for a lower alarm.
