Fryer Programming – Campaign 4 Corn Dogs

FRYER TIMERS – Vat #1 Both Panels

ALIGNMENT

  • Channel 1 is used when cooking French fries. Total cook time is 3½ minutes. The “Duty” time “Shake” will sound after 1 minute of cooking. The cook more time is 6 minutes 30 seconds.
  • Channel 2 on left panel is used when cooking hash browns. Total cook time is 2 minutes 15 seconds. The “Duty” time “Shake” will sound after 30 seconds of cooking. The cook more time is 7 minutes 45 seconds.
  • Channel 3 is used when cooking pies. Total cook time will be 6½ minutes. There is no “Duty” time.
  • Channel 4 is used when cooking breakfast steaks. Total cook time will be 4 minutes. There is no “Duty” time.
  • Channel 5 is used when cooking corn dogs. Total cook time will be 5½ minutes. There is no “Duty” time.
  • Channel 6 is used when cooking chicken fillets or spicy chicken filets. Total cook time will be 6 minutes. There is no “Duty” time.

ALIGNMENT

  • Channel 3 is used for cooking pies. Total cook time will be 6½ minutes. There will be no “Duty” time.
  • Channel 4 is used when cooking breakfast steaks. Total cook time will be 4 minutes. There is no “Duty” time.
  • Channel 5 on left panel is used when cooking corn dogs. Total cook time will be 5½ minutes. There is no “Duty” time.
  • Channel 5 on right panel is used for cooking chicken fingers (if fried chicken is already cooking in the chicken fryer vat). Total cook time will be 3½ minutes. There will be no “Duty” time.
  • Channel 6 is used for cooking chicken fillets or spicy chicken filets. Total cook time will be 6 minutes. There will be no “Duty” time.

PROGRAMMING FRYER TIMERS

  1. Press and hold the PROG button for one second. “PROG” will show in the display.
  2. After 5 seconds, “ENTER CODE” will scroll through the display.
  3. Enter code 1, 2, 3. “SELECT PROG PRODUCT” will now scroll across the display.
  4. Press and release the desired Product button (1 thru 6).
  5. Press and release the PROG button. The present name of that product will show in the display (e.g., “NAME” “FRIES”).

Change Product Names

  • Press and release the Up or Down arrows and the first letter, or digit, will start flashing.
  • Press and release the Up or Down arrows to change the flashing letter.
  • To continue to the next letter, press the PROG button, then press the Up or Down button to change the letter.
  1. Press and release the PROG button and “COOK TIME” shows in the display. Press the Up or Down button to change the time.
  2. Press and release the PROG button a second time and “TEMP” shows in the display. Press the Up or Down button to change the temperature (Max 390°F / Min 200°F).
  3. Press and release the PROG button a third time and “COOK ID” shows in the display. Press the Up and Down arrows to change the ID letters (e.g., “FF” for fries).
  4. Press and release the PROG button a fourth time and “LOAD COMP” shows in the display. Press the Up and Down arrows to change this value to 10.
  5. Press and release the PROG button a fifth time and “LCOMP AVG” shows in the display. Change this value to the same temperature as the shortening temperature (350 or 335 degrees).
  6. Press and release the PROG button a sixth time and “ALARM -1 AT 0:00” shows in the display. Set the time for the alarm to sound. (Ex: If cook cycle is 3:00 and alarm is needed at 30 seconds in, set to “2:30”).
  7. Press and release the PROG button until “QUALITY TMR” shows in the display. Adjust the quality (cook more) time.

Note: Up to 4 alarms can be programmed. To exit the Program mode at any time, press and hold PROG button for 2 seconds.
